I'm Nicola. I work as an environmental and social change activist and facilitator. This mini website is about my best friend Luca, the adventurous life she lived, and our final days together.

 

It wasn't until I lost her that I realised quite how much she meant to other people as well as me. This started out as a diary to help me process things, then turned into a webpage, and then I couldn't put the pictures I want in the way I wanted to because I am a graphics doofus, and so it turned into a website, which felt self indulgent so took me three months to publish.

 

This is for all her family and anyone else going through this heart breaking experience, as I know several friends are. I hope she is happy wherever she is. I miss her like hell.
